So far every time I've been to the store the employees are always standing around doing nothing. Their prices are extremely high especially on paint. The LED lights (ACE Brand) that they advertise never saved us a dime our electricity bill. Parking is limited especially for people who have trucks and trailers.
Needed keys copied and stood at the counter waiting while several employees looked and me and walked by me. I'd understand if they were busy, but employees outnumbered customers. I'll drive across town. I've made two trips since and have been treated well, and staff(different than first stop) has been great.
