I ordered and payed on line never heard from the store called to check on it and she said they didn’t have a driver that my order would need to be picked up lol it would have been nice to know when I made the order where we would not be waiting on something that was never coming lol it was nice to find out it has been setting over an hour when I got there needless to say it was not the best experience ever. Usually with online orders I’ve not had those issues it usually comes 30 minutes to an hour later
It is now the next day at 11 AM and I still haven't heard a word from Dominos.
Excellent food and my people there always take care of me ..carry-out or delivery .. Out of 5 stars ... I give them at the store in Scottsville,Ky a10 and highly recommend it .and even maybe a 20
Very unprofessional, and disturbing.
I ordered from a local place called Pizza Express (that was ten times better) and it arrived within twenty minutes and was bigger for the same price.
I was 45 minutes away and made my order online. They said it would be ready in 15-19 minutes. I got there 45 minutes after placing my order and was told they had made it wrong. I waited an additional 10 minutes to have my pizza finished and got 1/2 of what I asked for - 1/2 extra cheese (regular amount) and 1/2 pepperoni, sausage, and bacon.) There was no extra cheese, my pepperoni was burned, and I didn’t feel like there was enough sausage on the 1/2 I wanted it on. Thankfully my toddlers had just woken up and didn’t care about it. I was unhappy with my visit.
Highly recommend!! Pizza is always good. Pasta bowls are perfect. Bread bites are fantatic. Everything we have ever ordered has been hot and fresh. Keep up the good work y'all! Tell your boss your customers think you need a raise!
I am a truck driver and have limited time to sleep as it is, and these incompetent employees made me lose over two hours waiting to eat. Just wanted to share my experience with this branch.
I order pizza at 4:06 PM. They said it would take 45-60 minutes. So I waited 90 minutes before calling again and once I called they said that had forgotten so they would make it now and get it to me within 30 minutes. I said alright, that's fine. I waited another 45 minutes and they never showed or called.
